Stress is part of our daily life: in life, at school, at home, at work, it stays everywhere, etc. Stress can be a great ally in adapting to life but, if we don’t understand it, it can also affect both our physical and mental health, and reduce our quality of life and our efficiency. It can start with a migraine, stomach ache, other aches/pains and can even lead to cardiovascular problems on a physical level. From psychological distress, depression, anxiety, exhaustion, etc. can also affect our quality of life. Knowing how stress acts through our body and how to make it an ally is essential!
In this Allez! Go! session, you will learn how to detect your stress, to know its mechanisms, how it can make us sick, and how to better avoid it.

Have you ever wondered: “Why does one thing stress me and not another?” Why is it that some people get stressed when faced with a situation and others don’t? What determines whether or not I am stressed in a situation? Certainly, knowing this would give us better control to manage our stress. That’s what this Allez! Go! session is all about.

Managing Stress Better
If you’ve done the first two sessions, you now know that stress is not just something that happens in the head but also in the body. The body is therefore naturally an excellent ally in stress management. How can you put it to work?
In this Allez! Go! session you will learn several techniques that work and learn which ones work best for you. You will also understand why some of the things you do to manage your stress may or may not work.

Let’s Talk About Anxiety
What if we could live a stress-free life? What if we could forever solve the question of stress in our lives? Obviously, this is impossible since stress is an integral part of our ability to adapt. However, can we reduce the amount of stress we are exposed to and avoid negative impacts? The answer is yes. That is what this session Allez! Go! offers you. Come and learn tips to help you better manage your stress in the long term.
The fee includes the four sessions and is non-refundable.
