Working together can be a lot of fun and very rewarding when the group dynamic is positive and the group works well together. However, when the dynamics are unpleasant, the effectiveness of the group is greatly reduced and this can make the experience very frustrating.
In this session, we will examine what group dynamics are and why they are important. We will describe some tools you can use to manage them and help your team work more effectively.
