The promise of WYD, no matter what your expectations are, is that you will experience emotions. And as we already know in advance, you will not only be transported by moments of joy. As human beings, we are inclined to experience 6 basic emotions: joy, anger, sadness, surprise, fear and disgust. These emotions combine in different ways to give more complex things.
It is therefore possible that after a moment of joy you experience frustration at having to wait for hours in line, that after a great moment of amazement at a magnificent landscape or adoration you are taken by anxiety because you can no longer find your bag containing your passport.
How to manage your emotions? This workshop will also be useful for your daily life.
